Seriously, we're always trying to do our best to deliver the best results we can, but there's only so much each person can do... so that's why we're always on the lookout for more! We do our best to get our supporters the most value out of every cent they give us. Below are some areas where we are definitely looking for additional talent, but feel free to contact us on Discord if you think you have something you can offer.

Amount of work per week can range from part to full time, with pay based on the specific work involved. We are happy to offer a quality wage for the location you live, and things like PTO and Sick Leave which is normally somewhat unusual for freelance workers. I may personally work primarily out of passion rather than money, but I'm really serious about taking care of everyone on the team.

We are also happy to offer project-based work, such as writing scenes or doing a specific task with pay by-the-word or by the task at industry rates.

Don't have a lot of time, or just want to chip in here and there? Volunteers are wonderful, and we try to offer a range of non-monetary benefits for them such as dev builds and inside-access, and even getting some custom content put into the game.

Public Relations:
I'd love to have time to interact more with fans on various forums and dens of depravity, and just share more about what we're up to. Unfortunately, that takes time away from actually working on games. Some devs do spend a lot of time essentially doing PR, interacting with various communities, and drumming up support... I don't think that's necessarily wrong, as long as the marketing and such doesn't outweigh the game, but I think it's more important for me to be making porn.

To that end, we're looking for someone to help interact with the community, help answer questions, post links to updated public builds and such on various games pages, and similar easy tasks. It's a pretty laid back sort of work, and also something part-time and easy to do in one hour chunks in the evening (or whatever time).

Writing:
We're always looking for writers in a wide range of work options from full time to the occasional single scene. You don't need to be a best selling author at all, in fact writing is easier than ever thanks to AI tools for proofreading and such. As long as you can write sexy things that people will enjoy reading, we'd love to have you. The only requirement is that you have familiarity with the AW world/setting, which you can get by playing the game. CODING KNOWLEDGE ISN'T NEEDED, seriously. As long as you can grasp really basic concepts like if-then-else, you're good to go. Talk to me on Discord and we can get started. All you need is a sample of your writing, preferably erotic, but it doesn't have to be for AW--it could be some fanfic or something you posted on literotica, for example.

Node.js / Electron
We're looking for someone that can help convert AW into a more accessible and convenient format, such as creating apks and installable packages. This is something I could do with enough time, but time is always the issue. This is also something that could spin into other development work.

Other Stuff
